The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is hosting the 21st World Congress of Accountants (WCOA) on the theme “Building Trust Enabling Sustainability” on November 18-21, 2022 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, India.
ICAI is a statutory body established on 1st July, 1949 by an Act of Parliament, viz., The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountants in the country. The Institute, functions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
The Congress which dates back to 1904, is taking place in India for first time in the 118 year’s history of this Congress and is a proud moment for the country.
