SCHEME FOR PROMOTION OF ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH COLLABORATION
Ministry of Human resources Development, Department of Education of Government of India has launched a flagship programme Scheme for promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC). The details of the SPARC are avaliable in the website (www.sparc.iitkgp.ac.in).
The scheme aims at improving the research ecosystem of India's Higher Educational Institutions by facilitating academic and research collaborations between top ranked Indian Institutions and the globally ranked best institutions from 28 selected nations to jointly create knowledge that can address and offer solutions to problems of national and / or international importance.
