Miscellaneous Consular Services
It was decided to outsource Miscellaneous Consular services to VFS Global with effect from 07/04/2017.
From 07 April 2017, application forms for Miscellaneous Consular services will be accepted at the three VFS centers in Madrid, Barcelona and Las Palmas. Applications for Miscellaneous Consular services can be deposited at any of the centers, depending on the convenience of the applicant irrespective of the place of residence of the applicant. The addresses of these centres are given below:
MADRID: Calle del Cardenal Marcelo Spinola 2, Planta Baja, 28016 Madrid
BARCELONA: Carrera de Sardenya 229, Piso 3, Oficina No.1, 08013 Barcelona
LAS PALMAS: Calle Leon y Castillo 177, Piso 4, 35004 Las Palmas de GC

The following applications for Misc. services will be received (by post or in person) at any of the VFS centers in Madrid, Barcelona, and Las Palmas:
Applications for the following services will be only received directly (in person) at the VFS center in Madrid and applicants are required to sign in front of Consular officer in the VFS center in Madrid from 11 to 13 hours:
