General:
The working hours of the Embassy of India on all working days are from 0900 hours to 1730 hours, Monday to Friday, except closed holidays and when the Embassy of India is closed on rare occasions under Government of India directives. (See Holiday List)
The working hours for Consular services are 0900 hours to 1230 hours (Acceptance of application) and 1030 hours to 1300 hours (Delivery of Documents), Monday-Friday.
The token numbers for the consular services are issued up to 1130 hours.
Due to large number of calls received by the Embassy, you are encouraged to get in touch by emails given in the previous section. If the information is not on the website, telephonic calls can be made (0930 to 1300 hours and 1400 to 1700 hours on all working days) at following phone/fax numbers:
